To say we are eating our way through Hong Kong is not really accurate since we can barely scratch the surface of this giant city that is a foodies paradise. We could easily eat out every single meal in the two years we plan to stay here and still not hit every restaurant.
Down in Central/Soho we found such a quaint diner. The Americana in us, fell in love and felt at home as we ordered our burgers, fries, and milkshakes. {Burger Circus} is the place to be!!! Servers are dressed in classic diner uniforms. There are red and white paper striped straws to drink from. The restaurant is designed to mimic the inside of a classic railroad train car. Our kids loved it.
