When we first moved to Hong Kong, I wrote a post about our family's love for the egg waffle. You can click here and read it. When my parents were here visiting, we wanted them to sample a variety of baked goods that are original to Hong Kong. We stocked up on red bean buns, coconut buns, egg tarts, and bubble waffles. But the bubble/egg waffles we purchased for my parents to enjoy were not just regular bubble waffles. Some came filled with red bean and some came filled with chocolate. It was a whole new way to enjoy a very special treat!!!
