Sure why not??!?!! Let's just dry a random basket of fish on the edge of the sidewalk thousands of people traverse and where less than a foot from the basket on the other side taxi's, buses, and other vehicles roar past.
I was walking along the streets of Kowloon City when I came upon this basket of drying fish on one of the corners. There is something so quaint in its simplicity.
