The weather in Hong Kong has suddenly turned cooler and it's the perfect time to hot pot with friends. One of my husband's coworkers invited us over to her house so the kids could play and we could all eat hot pot together at the dining room table.
In the past we have only experienced hot pot in a restaurant setting, and this was a fun change. They had prepared a feast for us. We had every imaginable meat out on the table, as well as tofu, and vegetables. They set up the broth and we started adding the different things we wanted to eat. It was a super fun experience.
