It felt like a week of Halloween, with our kids dressing up in their costumes for several consecutive days, with multiple holiday parties for us to attend. The homeschooling group that we are part of here in Hong Kong, had a special event where another homeschooling father demonstrated his talent of making custom lollipops.
Blown Sugar Technique is a 600-year-old ancient handicraft, which is listed under Code 5.39 of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Inventory of Hong Kong. The kids wore their Halloween costumes and we all watched as Sugarman handcrafted liquid maltose paste into custom candy figures.
