Typically our go to dim sum restaurant with a Michelin Star is Tim Ho Wan, but we decided to check out One Dim Sum near the flower market in Prince Edward. There is always a line waiting outside the door since the restaurant does not take reservation, but we didn't have long to wait. While we were standing in line, the staff gave us an English menu and a card so we could mark down what we wanted and immediately give it to our server once we were seated. The food was delicious and the service efficient.
