The Pineapple Bun.

Bakeries here in Hong Kong, are phenomenally delicious and tend to offer the same treats from one shop to the next. The pineapple bun is a staple in the Chinese bakeries. The crust on the top of the bun is made to resemble that of a pineapple. It is a sweet treat with a pat of butter or custard on the inside.  These buns are eaten for breakfast or as a snack at tea time.
