There is another dish that the people of Hong Kong like to eat for breakfast. This soup that is pictured is not quite the same as what a typical breakfast soup is. Typically, the soup is elbow macaroni with sliced up spam type ham. We ordered the soup and instead got a ramen type instant noodle with sliced up beef.
