Hong Kong Breakfast Foods - Ham & Scrambled Egg Sandwich.

There is a local mom and pop styled restaurant underneath our building that always has a line of people waiting outside to eat at it. The restaurant could be compared to the equivalent of a New York City diner here in Hong Kong, which serves local Hong Kong food. The restaurant is noisy and you have to yell across the table to be heard, the tables and chairs are tightly crowded together to make use of every available space, and the food is priced cheap and affordable.

This ham and scrambled egg sandwich is a local favorite. The eggs are delicious and the toast is grilled to perfection. I'm not a fan of ham, but my kids love it and eat it for me.
