My husband and I were having date night {without the kids!!!} at Spasso, when our server told us that here in Hong Kong you do not say "thank you" when your beverage is poured for you. Instead you take your first two fingers and tap the table beside the glass two times. Apparently, that is the equivalent to a "thank you".
