Laap Cheung Sausages.


These particular sausages are a local favorite here in Hong Kong. They are a dry and hard sausage which you see hanging in the market. They come smoked, seasoned, and sweetened before you cut them up to eat. We keep meaning to purchase some to try, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I always think they look so pretty hanging up when I walk through a market.
