I was referencing the movie "Dan In Real Life" with the title of this post. While we were walking down the street we passed a butcher shop. It's not a fresh pig snout, but one that has been dried. It led me to wonder what recipe would call for dried pig nose? So I looked it up on this trusty internet and discovered they are used for dog food.
