Kowloon Park.

Kowloon Park has been on our bucket list since we found out we were moving to Hong Kong. On our kid's mid-term break from school, we finally got to check it out. Our main purpose in visiting the park was to go through the hedge maze.

But there is so much more to Kowloon Park than just the hedge maze. We enjoyed looking at the different types of birds in the Aviary. We listened to men playing some live music and watched kids walking by stop to play their drums. We looked at the different sculptures scattered throughout the park.

We also took an ice-cream break from the McDonald's kiosk in the middle of the park. I am always blown away at the beautiful care put into creating the parks throughout Hong Kong. Parks are the perfect way to escape the tiny apartments we all live in here. As a family, we all love roaming around them.
