Cheung Kong Park.

I walked through a new-to-me park today in Central. I get excited about finding these little oasis' of greenery and water because it detracts from all the concrete, glass, and steel of the sky rise buildings surrounding us.

Cheung Kong Park is a relatively small park. There are ponds and water falls with nearby benches that make it easy to sit down and relax.

With the park in the heart of the business centers on Hong Kong Island, there were plenty of men walking through wearing black and navy blue suits. Yet the park is far enough away from the road that you don't hear the blaring of horns from the taxis or the noise of the traffic. I loved the solitude and the tranquility the park has to offer in the midst of the fast pace of Hong Kong life.
